1. Service Description

Hotel Insider is a private booking facilitation service. We coordinate hotel reservations on members' behalf at official, brand-sanctioned employee Family & Friends rate plans (including, but not limited to, Marriott MMA / MMP / MMF, Hilton Family & Friends, IHG One Pass, and Hyatt Colleague rates) through a network of verified, active hotel employees. We are not a hotel operator, hotel owner, online travel agency (OTA), or reseller of wholesale inventory.

2. Not Affiliated with Hotel Brands

Hotel Insider is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide Holdings, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Hyatt Hotels Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries, brands, or properties. All hotel brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive identification purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our service. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an application or booking request.

4. Booking Process

  1. Inquiry: You submit a booking request through our website form or our Telegram channel (@hotel1679), specifying the hotel property, dates, and guest name.
  2. Quote: We respond with an all-in price, including the underlying insider rate plus our flat booking fee, along with the property's cancellation policy. Quotes are valid for the time period stated in the quote.
  3. Authorization & payment: If you accept the quote and pay, we will coordinate with a verified hotel employee to place the reservation under their authorization in the hotel chain's system.
  4. Confirmation: Upon successful authorization, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the hotel brand (not from Hotel Insider). The reservation will be in your legal name.

5. Pricing and Payment

All-in pricing is disclosed in your quote before payment is required. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed by the hotel. Payment is due at the time of acceptance via the methods we specify in your quote.

6. Cancellation, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and modification policies follow the terms of the underlying rate plan and the specific property's rules, which we disclose in your quote prior to payment. Our flat booking fee is generally non-refundable once the reservation has been placed. Refunds of the room portion are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy and may take up to 14 business days to process.

7. Availability and No Guarantee of Authorization

Rate availability depends on each chain's internal authorization rules, the discretion of the authorizing employee, and seasonality. We do not guarantee that any specific rate, property, or date will be available. If we cannot authorize your requested booking, we will inform you promptly and refund any pre-authorization holds. Marriott Global Source (MGS), Hilton Lobby, and equivalent portals are operated by the hotel chains; their rules, eligibility, and access can change without notice.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. We do not warrant any particular outcome, savings level, or rate availability.

Hotel Insider is not responsible for the conduct, policies, pricing, or services of any hotel, hotel brand, payment processor, or third party. Any disputes arising from your stay at a hotel are between you and the hotel.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotel Insider, its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from the service shall not exceed the booking fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hotel Insider and its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights or applicable laws; or (d) any content or information you submit through the service.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Hotel Insider name and mark — is the property of Hotel Insider or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hotel Insider is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, through binding arbitration on an individual (not class) basis.
